From letterheads to business cards, find a variety of stationery templates to customize for your unit.
All campus units must use a standardized stationery format designed by Strategic Communications and Marketing and made available by Illini Union Document Services.
Branded stationery templates include:
- Letterheads
- Second sheets
- Half sheets
- Envelopes
- Memo pads
- Business cards
- Mailing labels
To ensure consistency, standards for paper, inks, campus logos and typefaces have been established for all stationery materials.
- Campus units may only use campus logos, not unit logos or illustrations.
- Illini Union Document Services will not supply stationery materials that differ in design or content from the standardized format.
- Before a campus unit has an external vendor print stationery material, the unit must obtain a purchase order number from Purchasing and Contracts Management and written confirmation from StratCom that the proposed stationery materials conform to these standards.
- The university will not pay external vendors or reimburse campus units for expenditures for stationery materials that deviate from these standards.
- Only University Scholars or professors holding a named chair may have their individual name and the name of the endowed chair printed on letterhead.
Start your order with Illini Union Document Services using its website. They will prepare the files and then send or print them for you and your office.
Customization
Each template’s text can be customized to any unit, though the design remains the same. Our stationery options allow users and units to personalize, but some may wish to personalize further — for example, some individuals request to print their business card information on the back in another language. Document Services is equipped to either handle exceptions, or reach out to StratCom with any questions.
