I want to express my appreciation for the tremendous effort so many of you have invested in implementing our unified brand platform across campus.
Our brand is a reflection of who we are, what we stand for and the impact we strive to make in the world. It shapes student and faculty recruitment. It strengthens our visibility among peers and expands our global footprint. Perhaps most importantly, it helps our students, staff, faculty and partners connect with the university that exists to serve them.
Our brand pillars — innovation, discovery, community and momentum — aren’t just words we use to make ourselves sound good. They reflect our core values and vision for the future. Every decision we make and every interaction we have with our community is an opportunity to demonstrate what makes Illinois special.
